Bkk developed a very interesting and beautiful design for an office on a special Eco-location. The so-called ‘Lily’ building, with a total of approx. 2550 m2 gross area (approx. 2250 m2 net.) with 50 parking spaces. The building will be very modern: it will be highly energy-efficient, using alternative energy sources, and will be extremely environmentally friendly. The building is characterized by the design of three bent leafs and a central column where all necessary facilities are located. Its uniqueness lies in the efficiency of floor space with a gross-net relation of approx. 85%. In short, an excellent combination of form and function. BKK has a project under study for the development and construction of 4 office towers with a total of approx. 20,000 m2. Themes as flexibility and sustainability are leading for this project, because companies tend to grow, change their way of working or even shrink. They expect the same flexibility from their real estate partner. This project was co-developed with alumni of the TU Delft and is seen as an example for future real estate development. It is very original in vision and approach and offers unmatched possibilities in division, use, comfort and possible future re-use.
